From the Custer County website: The Sheriff’s Office is happy to report we have a new phone system that is up and operational and will allow individuals to access dispatch more easily. With the new system, callers can contact the sheriff’s office (719-783-2270) and press 1 to speak with a dispatcher, eliminating the need to call a separate number. Our hope this makes the process easier for those needing assistance to reach the appropriate person here at the office.
