Please visit the Roads link below for a listing of County Maintained Roads. Not all roads in Cuerno Verde are maintained.

All lots must have a domestic well as the water source for any home built in Cuerno Verde. Covenant 4.

The Association does not maintain a list of properties which have underground electric service available. Please Contact Sangre Electric for information on specific properties at https://www.myelectric.coop/ 719-395-2412 , 29780 US Highway 24 N., Buena Vista, CO 81211.
