The Annual Dues notices of $125 per property/parcel were mailed by the Association in December and will be due on January 31, 2024. Past due accounts are subject to a $25 per month late fee and annual interest of 8%. Please pay promptly to avoid any additional charges.

The CVOA Management is currently being transferred to a Management Company.
