The Annual Dues notices of $125 per property/parcel were mailed by the Association in December and will be due on January 31, 2024. Past due accounts are subject to a $25 per month late fee and annual interest of 8%. Please pay promptly to avoid any additional charges.

The CVOA Management is currently being transferred to a Management Company.
Once the transfer is complete, all finances will transfer to the Warren Management Group. Owners have received information from the WMG (Warren Management Group) regarding an owners portal plus the property ID and password.
