Reserving the Cuerno Verde Clubhouse
Members/Owners may reserve THE CLUBHOUSE at CUERNO VERDE, a popular venue for parties, receptions and other CVOA events, please follow step 1-3. Step 1) Check the Calendar for date availability. Step 2) Email Reservations at Socialcvoa@gmail.com to reserve your date and time. Step 3) ***The clubhouse use Agreement must be filled out completely and mailed to CVOA, 120 Clubhouse Way, Westcliffe, CO 81252. Please read and sign all pages of the Clubhouse Use Agreement, then mail the agreement along with a security deposit based on a per day usage according to the instructions provided. These steps will reserve the clubhouse and secure your reservation. You will receive a confirmation from the social committee.
THE CLUBHOUSE at CUERNO VERDE is a spacious venue that can accommodate up to 100 people. It is ideal for private events such as: anniversary, birthday, graduation parties, family reunions and weddings. The clubhouse is available seven days a week with regular hours of use between 9 AM and 10 PM.
THE CLUBHOUSE offers a large kitchen, areas for dining and activities, bar lounge and is handicap accessible. The clubhouse is equipped with folding tables and chairs, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes and glasses, sound system, WiFi access and flat screen TV. There is ample parking space, plenty of natural light from picture windows and a large wood deck with outstanding panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range.
THE CLUBHOUSE at CUERNO VERDE is located in rural Westcliffe, Custer County, Colorado and is situated on the western slope of the Wet Mountain Range as it descends to the Wet Mountain Valley, overlooking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It is at the southern entrance (Airport Road) to Cuerno Verde at the end of Clubhouse Way- Address- 120 Clubhouse Way.
