Information about Construction and Improvements
Construction is an exciting process, whether it is the anticipation of a new home, an expansion project, the addition of a garage, barn, property entrance gate or driveway.
Alteration to any property in Cuerno Verde must receive written prior approval by the Board of Directors via the Architectural Control Committee.
Review of Construction projects does not begin until the proper paperwork has been filed and is complete as requested by the ACC. Additional information may be found in the Time Requirements Link listed below. Owners will be notified when the Board of Directors has received the project for review and the 30 day review period has started. Projects may not be started until approval has been received in writing. If conditional approval is given, conditions and criteria must be met before the project may be started. Projects must strictly adhere to submitted plans, see Covenant 3.
